"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Total rip off I wish I knew what I was in for I should?ve gotten more bids, but I was in a panic and they pray on that I spent over 13 grand yes that much for an ac/heater unit and a hot water heater called them about the AC acting up none emergency call was charged 75 for showing up after they wanted to charge me over 500 dollars to replace a cheap condensation injector pump that you can buy the the most expensive brand anywhere at Home Depot Lowe?s or even Amazon isn?t more than $75. When I said I?d pass I was changing for his time which was over 200 dollars for under a half hour plus 75 so 300 dollars for nothing fixed rip off I think so "

"Facts: contacted company to schedule service. Two weeks before electrician would arrive. Electricians arrived on time. Review electrical problems with technicians (two showed up). Left electricians to survey the home's electrical system. Met with electricians about current immediate problem. Agreed that the state of the system required someone specializing in old homes with legacy electrical wiring. Technicians informed me they had someone on staff who could survey the home and provide solutions to remedy the existing problem and possible overhaul of the system. They said they would escalate the problem to the appropriate person. I asked when is a reasonable time to wait before hearing back from the company. They said by the end of the week. I asked again how long to hear back - thinking that the end of the week was optimistic since it took them two weeks to get to the house. They said again by the end of the week. I waited until the following Wednesday and after not hearing anything from them left a review on the company website. Later that day a manager contacted me to discuss my review. NOT to discuss the possibility of getting someone out to the house but specifically the review. He stated a technician called me the day after the technicians were at the house. I have a smartphone they record ALL incoming and outgoing phone numbers. NO number from anyone I didn't know showed up in the phone log. NONE. And if he had called and received no answer NO one from the office bothered to follow up either by phone or by email or by text message. To the people at Oliver, welcome to the 21-century. How about using some the technology available to you for something besides swiping my credit card for the "arrival fee". DO NOT HIRE this company for ANYTHING! And BTW, another company I contacted for the same issue has sent me three text messages to follow up on the appointment that hasn't even happened yet. And I didn't have to wait two weeks to get on the schedule. Oliver, take a hint!"

"Excellent Job! Arrived when expected and they made sure all windows were shut and then went to work. Too approximately 45 minutes for them to complete and once done, they walked me around the house and pointed out certain areas and I was immediately able to notice the difference. My house hasn't looked this good since it was built and we moved in 10 years ago! Definitely will let neighbors know and will use again!"

"In all fairness, both workers were friendly and they (in the end) did what was planned. I think the work probably could have been easily performed by one worker. I was told that they would call me ahead of time, so I could meet them at the house before they arrived. I did not receive a call until they were already at the house (1:30pm). I arrived around 1:40pm. They completed the work by about 2:20 and took about 20 minutes to write up the order. I was shocked when I was asked to pay $382 when the quote was for $225. The labor was by far the most expensive element, they had rounded up to 2 hours per worker ($250 total) plus a $49 dispatch fee. In terms of the workmanship, the only complaint is that there wasn't much attention paid to aesthetics. For example, instead of running the new line along the wall (binding them with zip strips with the rest of the lines) in the basement, the line was run across the middle of the basement and stapled to each stud. Also, I had to ask them to readjust the light switch plate since when they re-installed the cover plate one side was not flush to the wall (raised a notable 1/4 inch). It's a minor detail, but one I would have had to live with if I did not speak up. They did replace a breaker (did not realize that the current breaker was 20 amp when a 15 amp was needed. They explained that this could cause the wire to burn out before the breaker switched. All materials costed $63."
