On the day of service, the technician explained everything that he was doing to repair my system. He was very nice and courteous. "Every went good. They kept their appointments and came when they said they would for estimates, applying for permits, and installation. They guy was very flexible in working with me and the price was good. The only thing that wasn't very good, was clean up after the work. For example they drilled a whole in my garage and instead of using a broom to sweep it up they used a blower which just blew the dust all over my garage. However the installation was good."

They arrived promptly as scheduled. The main person in charge, Juan, introduced himself to me as well as Scott. All of the workers were clean cut and wore uniform shirts with their name on them. They started working immediately and worked non-stop for about 7 hours. They were respectful to home and property and left it clean. My yard barely looks like pipes were run all over and holes were dug. <br /> I cannot be more pleased with my decision to use American Lawn Irrigation and have passed along my information to 3 neighbors already. "The owner answered and said he'd be here by 1:30. He was early and that was great. He quoted me a price to clear the clog and sell me a new cap for my clean out. He explained what he was doing and how to prevent it from happening again. I would use them again in the future if I need a plumber. The price was a lot less then the big name companies quoted me. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the area. Cost was $175 for clog and $10 for a new steel cap. $197.30 with taxes"

They also regraded large areas of the lawn to fill depressions and improve the drainage. The finished work is beautiful. The property was left clean and tidy."
