"Estimate was smooth and felt confident that the product and installation was what we wanted, but it took a while to save the money. When I called back more than a year later, they stood by the original estimation, and gave us that price which I thought was very upstanding. I was expecting some inflation. <br /> They showed up on time and did an amazing job. The windos are beautiful and hightly functional. The house is overall much more comfortbale and nice looking as well. <br />"

"Was a little nervous about it getting done. I have a brick home, was certain something inside or out would get damaged. I had nothing to fear. These gentlemen know what they're doing. They were very polite and respectful. If it weren't for my beautiful new windows, you would never know they had been here."

"<p>Windows were ordered and they show up within a couple of weeks. Owner/installer showed up when he said he would and completed the install in two days by himself. Installer did a very good job with the installation and the windows are well built. Installer cleaned up completely and hauled off all refuse.</p> <br />"

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

"Bob Kirby came out to give an estimate. He took measurements of all the windows. I chose the custom vinyl frame windows, single hung/tilt with double pane glass, 366 low E & argon gas, and 1/2 screens. There were 3 frame colors to choose from. Airtite requires 1/2 of the cost up front, with the remaining balance due on completion of the job. The windows were built in 2 weeks as expected. On the day of installation, the old windows were removed. The new windows were installed and sealed. All of the debris was cleaned up and hauled off. The installation was complete in 1 day. So far, I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the new windows. <br />"

"From start to finish Vince and his team were true professionals. In the 20 years I have owned my home, I had never had any major remodeling done. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Vince showed up with a smile took measurements and referred me to some local tile and bathroom fixture businesses. Within a few days he returned an estimate for his labor. I am beyond thrilled. The bathroom is now well lit and looks more spacious and open. He was clean and efficient in his work. I’m looking at kitchen and more bathroom remodels next now that I know I have a professional in my corner."

"<p>We were looking for a place to make some exterior window treated into some decorative solution, as it was exposed to the neighbour’s house. We saw Palace of Glass product at one of our local glass shop on display and got fascinated by this innovative product. We end up doing 3 exterior window in the bathroom and some interior doors with the matching design. Staff was friendly and knowledgeble, the cost turn to be less than the stained glass quotes from the local shops. I would recommend them.</p> <br>"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Sweetwater, TX

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
