"Frank came out when he said he would. He did the motor replacement in less than we thought it would take. After he was done, we decided to just have the whole door replaced. It was going on 25 years since our home was built and we felt more comfortable knowing that we wouldn't have to have someone come out for other parts that would have eventually gone bad. This way we have a whole new door that will last us another 25 years, hopefully. I can't say enough about Frank. He was quick and proficient. He did an amazing job on the opener. We can't recommend him enough. Our neighbor came over and asked Frank go to his house to take a look at his door and now our neighbor will be getting a new door as well. Frank is a down-to-earth kind of guy. Very friendly and courteous. He cleaned up after himself and respectfully shook our hands. We're very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to just have a repair done or a new door. He's your man. "

He designed the job to best serve our needs, which included eliminating our old vents and installing a more efficient ridge vent system. He kept me informed as to timeline and, once on the job, the guys were efficient, took care to protect our property, and did a phenomenal job on the roofs. There was one small issue on a drip guard, and they came back and re-did it to make sure that we were 100% happy with the job - and we are.
