Chris came out, cleaned the pilot, changed the thermocouple, added embers, put a longer stem on the gas knob and I was sitting in front of a beautiful fire that very night. Chris was very polite, thorough and informative. I would recommend him to anyone needing experience concerning natural gas connections and I will remember him in the future. "Provided a service call for a refrigerator that we not working. Freezer was still working. I called on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. He called exactly at 7:30 am to let me know the time he would be out. Showed up exactly at the time that he said he would be there. I had a frozen pipe so he thawed the pipe and checked for holes. When non were found, he said that if it happened again, he would return at no additional charge. Didn't try to replace parts that were not broken and the refigerator has been working fine ever since. This is a 15 year old refrigerator so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. They were well work the speedy house call. Thanks! <br />"
