"We had a 50-gallon gas heater that started leaking, and we needed to get it replaced urgently. I submitted an online request, and they literally called me within 10 seconds! They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them at our home, and their work was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with how fast the project came together and that is was fully completed the same day. We also had guests arriving soon, and there were going to be 6 people in the house that weekend, so we couldn't risk having a damaged water heater. So, they really saved us!!"
