"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.

"A couple of years ago we used Venezia tile to redo a bathroom. We loved how everything turned out. So when we decided to redo our kitchen, they were the first we called. We love our floor and backsplash. We used a herringbone style backsplash which was a lot more work than a typical subway tile. Andrea and his crew are extremely respectful and do amazing work. They lined up everything perfectly and took the time they needed to make sure the job was done correctly. They were very clean and hard working. I would highly recommend them for any of your tile needs. We will of course use them again."

"Pat and his team were outstanding. They completed our kitchen remodel in record time and were able to meet all our needs. Highly recommend them for any of your remodel needs. Personally, I wouldn’t use anyone else but islander home improvement."

"Gene and his team were great to work with! Extremely professional and pleasant every day on the job. Gene is extremely responsive which we loved - if he says he will be there, he is there. He answers every call, text, and email. We never had to follow up or call twice, he was on top of everything. We highly recommend him and would use him again!"

"Installation was smooth ..done professionally...clean. Friendly, honest and followed up on Installation to make sure everything was working properly."

"We were most impressed with Mark's efficiency, expertise and the ease with which he explained how the problem occurred, our options, and how to maintain an optimal system going forward. He also let us know we could call him anytime with any issue or question. We don't remember the last time we got such excellent service and recommend him highly!"

"They did a marvelous job! They're very professional. I had to try to locate the leak myself but I couldn't find it but within minutes, Joe found it out and fixed it and restored everything back to the way it was."

"Great job. I had a water leak in my kitchen ceiling that needed to be covered and Ed did a great job. He came Christmas Eve morning to complete the work on less than 24 hours notice!"

"When Frank delivered my cabinet doors and drawers all I could say was "WOW". They came out amazing. My thirty year old cabinets look brand new! I keep getting raves from family and friends who have stopped by. Frank was easy to work with. Arrived on time for our first appointment, went over everything with me and answered my questions. He answered the phone whenever I called him, and responded to emails promptly. I never felt ignored or forgotten. I would definitely not hesitate to use The Refinishing Company again."
