"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. Therefore, I would recommend Alliance for any home improvement needs that you may need addressed. Lastly, I was so satisfied with the siding installation Alliance did I am now having them replace the two entry doors to my garage. Thank you again Sergiy, Keith, Serg and the rest of the installation crew. CFP Sr."

"Jose did a great job. There was light freezing rain on the day the job was schedule and surprised Jose didn't cancel. He showed up, setup his equipment and worked 3 plus hours going around the home washing away built up mildew on the siding. He even got on the roof to wash the dormers' siding and cleaned out the gutters."

"Dirk does a beautiful job with everything he does.  He is bright, and he knows how to handle almost any kind of repair or cleaning job. If he needs help with something, he knows many people in the business with whom  he consults.  He makes sure the job is done right.
He doesn't cut corners. His work is very neat, and the results are always beautiful.
He re-did painting in my basement after another contractor's work didn't last very long.  Dirk appropriately wire brushed the surfaces that needed it, applied the proper water seal paint and a top coat, and the basement looks great!
Dirk is a very hard worker, and he works fast.  He will do almost any type of repair or clean up work.  He is very neat and pleasant, and he always leaves his work area cleaner than he found it.  Paint is applied precisely, with no drips or uneven edges. Dirk at times has even washed dishes he found in the sink and cleaned my cat litter box.
Dirk came up with an ingenious way to replace window sills that were rotted, rather than replacing the entire windows. He properly removed the rotted wood, replaced it, caulked it, and covered it with new aluminum strips.  They look like part of the original windows, and they are water tight.  His solution was much better (and less expensive) than what the window manufacturer had  suggested.

"Great quality work, great attention to detail, very knowledgeable and gifted to do everything from electrical to ceiling repair and general contracting! Really fair price for excellent quality work! I would definitely call Rishi again!"

"If you are like me, you watch all those shows like Property Brothers, Love it or List it, and Rehab Addict, and you think…. “Wow, I wish I could do that to my house…” And then you think to yourself, “Who can I call to help me with that.” The answer is JE & Sons. My husband did a Google search and we took a chance. What a great decision. Jonathan came to our home, listened to our dreams, was patient with our questions, and attentive to details. I must have sent over dozens of pictures with numerous comments saved from Houzz, and somehow our space became an actual plan. I mean just like on TV! My house! Seriously, everything I wanted in virtual reality. I know it can be done, but still blown away. We are now searching for a builder to put all of this into reality, and Jonathan also gave us some recommendations. Just knowing that Jonathan is invested in this project, even after his designs are complete, gives me peace of mind. If you are stuck with where to start, getting a visual of what could be is the best investment you can make into achieving your dream home. Thank you Jonathan!"

"Miquel has performed several home improvement jobs for me. All work was performed professionally and to my satisfaction. Miquel is always punctual and charges a fair price for services rendered. I would refer him to anyone who needs work done in or around the house."

"Sharif Mohamed and his crew did exactly what they said and did it perfectly. My new porch is cute, sturdy, and functional. It’s so nice to work with a polite, timely, and responsible contractor who does quality work. I will be having them back to replace the front porch next. Well done."

"I had 2 major jobs done by Vista with mixed results:
1) In early 2015, we sat down with Brian (the owner) and he gave us an estimate on replacing the roof and repairing portions of the cedar shakes on our house that had rotted.  The estimate included removing our gutters and then putting the same gutters back up.  It also included repairing the frame of an attic window that had started to rot and adding baffles to the attic for venting.  The roofing was done in March 2015 and went relatively well other than the fact that the crew chief had forgotten his cell phone and didn't have the contract on him.  He pulled down the front gutters and, rather than saving them to put them back up, he trashed them in the dumpster.  A different crew came several days later to do the window, shakes, and baffles.  Dave, the chief of this second crew, was short baffles and had to go out and find some more even though photos were taken of the attic prior to the job for just this reason.  The shakes were done, but one section near the gutters looked awful.  I had to call and complain, and the shakes were fixed during the second major job below.  Finally, Dave came a different day to replace the gutters that had been thrown out.  It quickly became very clear that the crew does not communicate well with whoever it is that draws up the contract/estimate and whatever was discussed during the estimate process is not well communicated to the crew.  Lots of back and  forth phone calls to get things right.  In the end, though, Vista replaced the old gutters with new gutters for free since trashing them was their fault.  They also found a replacement attic window for me for free.  The roof / gutter / window job ended up lasting for close to a month, and the dumpster was in our driveway for this entire time. Dave was a very friendly crew chief and kept us informed as best he could, but he would have left the cedar shake repair in a condition that was not acceptable.  Once we complained and sent pictures, a plan was put in place to fix this.  So, the communication was pretty bad, and there were some decent-sized hiccups, but Vista worked hard to make things right in the long-run, and I feel like I got a good deal for (ultimately) pretty good quality.  Tough to say whether I would hire them again -- they need to fix this communication issue so jobs go more smoothly.  This work cost about $11,000.
2) The second major job was in June 2015, where Vista replaced an entire wall of cedar shakes.  This time, Gladimir was the chief and he seemed to be the shake expert.  He did a great job and repaired the spots near the gutter where the previous work had been sub-par.  We supplied the shakes and painted them before Gladimir and his helper installed them.  We were very happy with this job.  This work cost about $1300.
