"Excellent. Two separate teams came; one for AC and Furnace; second for Tankless hot water heater; Minor toilet repair also done at no extra charge, including a follow up service call to install new toilet flush handle, also at no charge."

"Fred is very personable and friendly. He returned my call right away, even though I placed it after hours. He replaced one old toilet with a new one he just happened to have in his truck, and it works great even though it's a low flow one. Prices are very reasonable. Fred is my plumber from now on."

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Fantastic company. We had a water heater installed. The installer was fantastic. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will use them again. If I could give them 10 stars I would.."

"The repair man was a Burmese guy, Joe, and he did an outstanding job changing the anode bar and removing the sediment from my water heater. This should extend the life of the tank. Joe showed up 10 minutes early and finished promptly. He worked hard and had the necessary supplies and tools. He knew what he was doing. I would glad to use Joe again in the future!"

"Just started working with Markool this summer and they have been fantastic! When I need service, they are so fast and every person we have interacted with has been polite, knowledgeable and personable. We unexpectedly needed to replace our system during a heat wave and they were super. So responsive and quick. I would highly recommend Markool for all of your HVAC needs!"

"Tried to push me into purchasing a new water heater and quoted me higher price based on estimate from their affiliated company (which had accidentally quoted me wrong price initially)."

"Very Good! Arrived same day to assess project needs. Returned next day to install new water heater. Very satisfied with work ethics and clean-up. Would definitely hire again!"

"My water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I reached out to Family Fire Service and they responded immediately. They had a new water heater out to my house the next day and installed in a few hours. The supervisor and the tech worked seamlessly to have us up and running. They provided quality service and at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Family Fire Service and Plumbing. KC"
