"Fair pricing, friendly and professional owner, was available and showed up at beginning of time frame he gave me. He couldn't help me (because I think this unit needs to be replaced), but guided me toward my next step to possibly replacing my unit (under warranty).This was the 3rd company that came out to my house to look at our heat pump/package unit this year. We've been having problems with it all year and it is only three years old. I've contacted the manufacturer and need to have a tech rep come out and decide if this unit needs to be replaced. All in all, we are not done with this issue; but I would use this company again in the future."
