"Arturo showed up for the estimate as scheduled. He was very pleasant and very thorough in his explanation to install a tankless water heater. Gave us an estimate including a Titan water heater and gave us the option to purchase one on our own. Gave us names of various suppliers in the area. We decided to order the Steibel Eltron Plus 24 from Amazon. Arturo and Nestor came the day after it arrived and installed the water heater. Within a few hours we had the new system installed and they hauled away the monster 110 gal tank. We liked that their estimate included the electrical work required to install the heater. Other companies had higher quotes and did not include electric. These guys were very reasonable and did excellent work with great service. It's only been a few days since our install, but so far we love it. We are able to run both showers, dishwasher, and washer at the same time without loss of hot water or pressure. Do your homework on the heater that suits your needs and make sure your panel has sufficient power for the tankless you are buying. Then Phixser Solution is the way to go if you need a professional to install."

"Replacing an aging 21 yr old 40 Gal Nat.Gas heater before it started leaking. I purchased the new gas water heater in the morning and Home Pros team came & installed it in the afternoon. Hauled away the old one. They also replaced the old incoming multi turn cold water shut off valve which had stuck open with a new 1/4 turn ball type shut off valve. Took about two to three hours to complete the job which included a trip to HD to get the new water valve whilst draining the 40 gallon of water from the old tank. In all I had more trouble hopping from one store to another finding a new water heater that wasn't damaged from our local HD stores."
