AMS got my permit for me and was able to closely match my vinyl siding and roof shingles. It took a few days but one was because of rain. They also replaced my front gutters to fit in with my new portico.

The new portico blends well with the house and AMS took care that the new materials they used went well with the old materials. They cleaned up every day and after the job was finished. My old portico slanted down and dripped rain and snow on my front steps. The new one is a Gable roof and makes a big difference on snow days.

AMS handled al the Montgomery County inspections and the final approval.

"Everything went great! Lindsay called promptly after I purchased a deal on here. Once the work was scheduled Joel came out to do the work. He was on time and showed me tons of issues with what needed to be repaired. He gave me detailed information on why it cracked and let me know that it would happen again if not done correctly. He gave me a quote for a new stone walkway and porch that was more than fair having known several people to have the same work done with other companies. I plan on taking them up on the work in the future for sure just coudln't swing it after the holidays. Both Lindsay and Joel provided everyhing I hoped for given the companies great reputation.

I had to reschedule the appointment several times because parts that I ordered didn't come in on time. The lighting was installed properly. My reasons for not giving an Excellent or A is that the landscape lights are not perfectly straight and the installers broke one of our new mounting posts and didn't offer to pay for or replace them. We also noticed later that one of the spotlights' screw casings was broken, but not mentioned to us. We spent a bit more than expected, but the job was completed on time and in workable condition. I would hire them again, but would oversee/manage the process more closely.
