"The estimate and scheduling was a breeze with Todd. The crew arrived on time to install 8 recessed lights, in 2 rooms, as well as wire 3 ceiling fans in the bedrooms that did not have overhead lighting. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. There was no mess left (they put down plastic and vacuumed up anything that made it onto the floor) and they covered all holes they had to make. I will definitely use them for future electrical needs."

"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

The service was easy to schedule and we received a call about 30 minutes before the arrival of the electrician, John. His work was high quality and he did a great job of keeping us informed during the course of his work. He was a pleasure to interact with and kept the work area tidy during and after the project was completed. To cap it off, the final bill was several hundred dollars less than we expected! "Excellent. I really enjoyed meeting Eric. He and his staff were awesome from the very beginning. Everything was explained step by step and the workers were so polite and friendly, always smiling. Pouring concrete for a pathway or driveway can wreak havoc in your yard, but these guys were so meticulous and careful to only drive on my lawn and put dirt on my lawn. (I have a semi-detached home). They cleaned up everything nicely and even reseeded my grass where the track marks from the truck were. I have already contracted with GPRO for some additional landscaping. I would recommend them for all your landscaping needs. Edie"

"We bought a deal for 2 hours of handyman service, for which we wanted the handyman to install an outdoor motion sensor light. The gentleman who came was prompt, professional, and did a good job. My only complaint was that the originally-scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled when the technician failed to show up, due to illness. While this is obviously unavoidable at times and unfortunate, the company could benefit from having a system in place to notify customers when an appointment needs to be reschedule, provide a replacement technician, or offer a discount on the services. Instead, we waited and eventually called to check on the appointment, only to be met with confusion and eventually a need to reschedule.
