"Kevin was an absolute true professional from start to finish. He responded on an emergency basis to evaluate serious electrical issues in a home occupied by an elderly couple, and he immediately recognized the potential danger and took the necessary steps to correct the problems and prevent what could have become an electrical fire. He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and genuinely concerned about the safety of his customers. He explained the issues clearly, made sure the work was done properly, and never tried to take advantage of the emergency situation. His pricing was fair and reasonable, especially given the urgency and scope of the work. It is rare to find someone who combines this level of professionalism, expertise, integrity, and compassion. Kevin went above and beyond when it mattered most, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and dependable electrician."
