"Alex and his crew did a great job! Very nice, easy to work with and priced very well. They used quality materials and even got my project done before my deadline which was a huge plus! Definitely recommend them and will be using them again for future projects."

"Excellent! From my first contact, they responded promptly, showed up when they said they would, contacted me well in advance when appointment needed to be rescheduled, and honored the price quoted with no hidden extra fees. I have numerous upcoming projects as I am planning on putting my home on the market in the next 2 years, and they will most definitely be the first company I contact."

"I have been using Lee Lapid for almost a year in cleaning two vacation rental homes I own. I have found her and her staff to be very friendly and professional. The people she hires are interested in making certain you are satisfied with their work and ask for suggestions and feedback, often a rarity among employees. My homes are clean and welcoming for guests. Lee is reliable and flexible. She is easy to communicate with via text and email. I have been to each of my homes unannounced, as I wanted to see how the homes are left for guests, not just when and quot;the owner is comingand quot; and have not been disappointed. She is a wealth of information and helpful in setting up services with other local providers, and has her own and quot;handy manand quot; she can call if there is a problem she can't handle on her own. I am looking forward to years of association with Lee.

"I just finished a project with Martinez and they are amazing. They took care of everything; From helping us to select the wood till the installation of the entire floor. We have wanted to remodel our home for the longest time and we finally went for it. The floor was the last element to be changed and we went for the always classic and beautiful wood floor. We wanted to get the best material and company in the market to do this project for us, and that's why we chose these guys. They have vast experience on their field, and to top it off, they are honest, professional, and very nice. They made the difference since we spoke to the owner on the phone. Not a lot of people on the construction business are educated and with good presence, let's be honest. But all the employees of Martinez are. We went to their office to choose the wood flooring. Gorgeous materials there and several option to choose from. We selected an European Oak, engineered floor, natural color. Beautiful look, amazing for kids, and will withstand humidity over time. The price was also good for the quality. The shipment was fast, around a week. They also acclimated it for us. In the mean time, they started the demo of the old tile flooring. This is a little bit disturbing, but it's not their fault. They try to be as clean and organized as possible. But, it's a messy process no matter what. When the wood was ready, they started the installation. We stayed at a hotel, took advantage to get a short vacation, but my husband would go almost every afternoon to supervise and see the advancement. The owner was always very nice with us and gave us the update on everything. The project was completed in 10 days more or less. We also order new baseboards with them, more modern, and they look great with the new floor. Floors are an illusion to the eyes. Very beautiful. Beyond happy with our new floor and would be using this company again to install a wall in our new bathroom, once is done of course. High five for Martinez Wood Floors, the best in Miami."

"             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

"We changed all our old Windows and doors for hurricane Windows. Total of 19 units. Overall the sales team (Jerry) and custom et service were nice and efficient. The team who installed the windows was really nice to have around. They did a very good job, especially considering the condition of our old house and the various strange window openings we had there. The result is really nice and our house is really different and a hundred times better. The pice was more or less the same of the competitors ; we just felt we were in the hand of more serious, responsive and reliable people and we were right."

"I called several contractors before selecting Fine Design Builders for my project. Eric responded immediately and met with me shortly thereafter to start designing my kitchen and provide me a quote. He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. I love my new kitchen and would definitely call Eric and his team again for future projects."
