I would’ve liked to keep the old pump, but didn’t think to make that request until after the technician left. Called the office for it, but I guess it was already disposed of. Would hire this company again."

"Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. "I called Levine and Sons because the junction in the kitchen/laundry rooms overflowed during Christmas dinner. A few minutes later the toilet in the master bath overflowed from the bottom. I spoke to a very nice representative from there the next morning. She told me that a plumber could come to my house that afternoon. When I asked about the free estimate, she replied that it would be $69 for the service call and $99 for each drain. The free estimate only applied to larger jobs. I was a little dismayed but I was desperate, so I booked the appointment.
Zack, the plumber, arrived promptly as promised. He was nice and explained my house's drainage system to me, and where the clog could be. He checked the main drain and saw no water flowing. Then he checked the two areas that had overflowed and determined that the clog was at a junction between the main drain and the kitchen. He cabled the junction, and the water ran freely. He was right on target. 
Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Levine & Sons. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.
