"On September 18, 2025 My husband and I had our furnace replaced by Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air. They did such an amazing job, very professional and organized like a well oiled machine. Justin and Andrew were our installers and we would recommend them to anyone. They were so thorough and explained everything they did and installed a new thermostat and showed us how to operate it. Two weeks later the electrician Spencer came out and installed a surge protector onto the furnace and showed us how to operate it. We would recommend Spencer to anyone also. We would also like to thank the entire team at Neighborhood plumbing, heating and air including the young ladies that make all the phone calls."

I was replacing my kitchen faucet, and while I was able to complete most of the installation, I couldn't get the supply lines hooked up without leaking, and decided it was time for a professional. I called hoping I could get a same-day appointment, and not only was Mr. Zell able to accommodate me, he happened to be conveniently located such that he was able to stop by within the hour. After determining the issue (original shut-off valves wouldn't accommodate the new installation) and offering me some options on how to address it, we agreed that he would acquire the necessary parts to replace the shut-off valves. He was able to return the same day, and after another hour or so, the work was completed and the faucet was up and running! Nary a drip to be seen. I feel extremely pleased about Mr. Zell's work, and he was also very personable and professional. A+!"

"Excellent service with a pleasant technician. <br /> We called the emergency NO HEAT number at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night. The technician arrived at 10:15 pm. The ignition relay on our 17 year old furnace was out. The technician had a replacement part in the van and as he installed it, he explained to me the different parts of the furnace, how it works, and given its age, what to look for if it ever goes out again. He explained how the different components fail and how much it would cost to replace the different parts when/if they do fail. <br />"

They were reasonably priced and were very responsive in returning my calls. They were punctual and seemed very professional. They were great, but the sub-contractors were bad. "I called Nate on 3/12/2015 and left a message that I needed some work done. He called 3/13/2015 first thing in the morning and was at the job site by 9:30. He was extremely pleasant and got right to work. I had called him about one toilet but as long as he was there I asked about a second toilet and leaking garbage disposal. He said no problem, fixed the second toilet and examined the disposal and determined it had a crack in the housing and needed to be replaced at some point but it could be done me if I wanted to.
