"I am VERY disappointed in my experience, even though it started out positively. Justin, the sales rep, was very helpful and I paid my deposit right after Christmas. However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."

"Our upstairs toilet clogged this morning & the leak seeped through & we could see the leak on the ceiling downstairs. Called Georgia Rooter Services & within 90 minutes of my call, Ned & Henry were at my house. Ned explained the entire process, estimate broken out for the fee & they quickly got to work. "Clog in the Master Bath.. Toilet and Shower. Had a bad clog in the toilet backing up into the shower. The plumber was on time and very professional.
