We believe that he was just trying to screw us over or get out of having to do the job. "Very good experience. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything. They were a bit pricey but I had a small leak in pvc pipe from hot water heater that happened on Saturday around 6:30 or so. Because I did not want to take a chance on allowing it to continue until Monday had to pay extra fee for Saturday night service. They were the only company I contacted willing to have someone come out Saturday night. Others would not send a tech. Thanks for taking care of this for me."
