"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. I've had several house repairs/changes done in the past--this light fixture replacement was by far--the best, quickest and professional job I've ever has done. "The company is in California and it took many calls to get the job coordinated with someone in my area.  I think that the company is more like a reference company. They seem to have a list of providers and then they coordinate the deal with someone in your area.
 The job was done fairly well. I paid for 200 sq ft and when the technician arrived he was disappointed that I did not want any more done.  I only wanted half of my deck washed as I was tearing down the other half. I also did not want railings done as I was getting new ones made. It is obvious that the deal is the hook and the hope is that you will have to buy a whole lot more when the technician arrives.
 My only complaint is that the splatter ended up on the windows of my house and no attempt was made to protect the windows or clean them afterwards.
The technician was courteous and the deck looked much better after he left. So I was satisfied with the job done, just find out how much more you would have to pay if you need more than the deal offers.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I bought two Toto washlets (bidet toilet seats) to be used in the two bathrooms upstairs. None of the bathroom had a GFCI outlet to provide power for the washlet on top of the toilet. Mehran came 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and started to seal the working area with plastic sheets. He removed an old phone jack outlet and used its space to install a switch for the GFCI outlet in the master bathroom. The GFCI outlet was installed nicely near the toilet. We can turn the switch on before we use the washlet and turn the switch off to save power when we are not at home. Mehran replaced the single light switch panel with a 2-switch panel in the guest bathroom. One switch controls the light and the other one controls the GFCI outlet. Both the switch panel and GFCI outlet were installed nicely. Mehran also reconfigured two switches to provide power to two yard floor lights separately. Mehran kept his work area very clean during his work and after his work. He was very polite and friendly. My wife and I were very pleased with Mehran's excellent work. We will hire him for all our future electric jobs. We recommend Mehran highly."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
