"<p>We hired Jim to remodel our guest/hall bath. He arranged for the demo to be done by an associate that we paid separately. Jim performed all other services needed. We replaced all the tile- floor and walls including a decorative inset tile in the shower and sink backsplash. We put in a new tub, vanity mirror, medicine chest, toilet,  towel bars/shelf and lighting. He added a dimmable light in the shower/tub area and a new bath fan. He also retextured the walls, painted and worked on leveling out areas on the floor. Jim estimated a three week time frame and he was right on the button. He is very punctual, and works very hard. He has worked for friends of mine and they are very pleased with his work. He is very particular about his work and getting things right. He also provided input as needed which helped me make good decisions. The cost of services includes my purchases for fixtures etc. and his labor and required materials. "It was fine. UT only required a 3-day window. Most transports require 5, which is inconvenient. However, the pickup came earlier than expected (we did not receive an advance call). This was okay because early was better than late. Also, the driver did not manage the drop-off well. My car was the first loaded and one of the first unloaded, so he spent a lot of time getting to my car. But that was his time, so no worries. Car arrived in good condition--no nicks or damage. So, very satisfied."

"Richard Osborn is the electrician that took care of my problems. He was able to arrive early for the appointment I made. Richard checked the circuit breakers and found that there was no problem at this time. He checked all of the electrical outlets and switches in all of the areas of the house that were impacted by the power outage. He replaced two light switches. He found a suspect wiring issue in one of the bedrooms light switch and fixed it. He kept me informed and showed me everything he did. Richard is down to earth, friendly and conceisious. I highly recommend Oz Electric and will use their service again for any future needs."

"<p>Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.  </p> <br />"
