Although it was not a big project, Charlie agreed to do it and he sent to my house 2 guys that took out the old concrete and to do a new one with a nice design. The workers worked for 3 days in a row and they made sure to do their work without interfear us.  At the end they made sure to clean  and to ask our permission that everything is good.
