"I called American Foundation and Waterproofing regarding a significant, but localized, leak in a basement foundation wall. Michael arrived on time for the inspection appointment and performed a thorough inspection. He identified the cause of the leak and suggested several fixes that I could try myself. If the suggestions do not work, I will definitely hire this company. I believe they are honest, professional, and know what they are doing."

"AFS of Chattanooga exceeded our expectations waterproofing our basement and encapsulating our crawlspaces and fixing a leaning wall. Taylor Fox, Donald Dease and Cody Britton were professional and knowledgeable on the job. Also, Chase Griffith, the Certified Field Inspector took the time to do a thorough inspection, analysis and presentation. Everyone did an excellent job answering all our questions and concerns. We highly recommend AFS of Chattanooga."

"I needed to have the crawlspace in my old home encapsulated, 58 Foundations really fit the bill! They were middle of the road in terms of the estimates I got, not the highest and not the cheapest. The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. Zeke, Tanner, and Hunter communicated about the process, when different parts would be done and when we could expect them on day two. Overall we are very happy with the results. The crawlspace is warmer, the air is cleaner, and most importantly it is finally nice and dry!"

"Blalock waterproofing did a fantastic job in my basement. Cory came out, gave an estimate and completed the job of 60 ft of waterproofing in just 6 days. From estimate to completion in 6 days, amazing. He started on Monday and Wed. Afternoon, cleaned up and job down. He dealt with my stairs- they were in the way, and added some additional support to the 4x4s that had been rotted out from all the water at floor level. Final price was exactly what was estimated. Hire them!"

"Went well. Since I was not clear on what they had done during their initial visit, they came back and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were determined to make things right."

"Waterproofing a basement plagued with leaking foundation walls is not cheap or easy. But like most things in life, you get what you pay for. There are a number of competing companies in the area who do this kind of difficult and labor-intensive work, but we chose Master Dry based on several personal recommendations from friends and neighbors. Sales inspector Ryan G. [Consumer name withheld at their request] spent considerable time with me carefully explaining the various options and procedures. Although the company offers a 5% discount if a customer signs up for the work on the day the estimate is make, there was no pressure to sign the contract at that time even though we decided to go with the original estimate to take advantage of the savings. We had to wait several weeks for the work to begin since the crews are very busy, but team leader Danny R. [Consumer name withheld at their request] along with his crew (Scott, Reese, and electricians Jose and Matt) showed up right on time. They worked hard and finished the interior waterproofing and exterior drainage project in two days to our complete satisfaction. All the members of the crew were most helpful and patient in answering my persistent questions. Their professional work ethic, appearance, and expertise were outstanding. Of course, the real test will come this winter when the rains come and the snow melt saturates the ground. But the company guarantee of a dry basement for lifetime of the structure plus the transferable warranty was most convincing, so hopefully we can rest easy now that the project is finished."

"B Dry couldn't do this job but recommended someone who could, estimated the price and put me in touch with the workman. Great service. Audrey"

"For the past several winters--make that, maybe, 15 winters--we have shared our house with mice.  Occasionally we'd make a half-hearted attempt to trap them, and we'd catch a couple...maybe.  This past winter they were whooping it up, running in the walls, scoffing our mouse-traps, laughing their little mouse laughs.  Finally, I had had it.  I called Classic Wildlife Control and a really nice guy came out, looked around the house, pointed out where the mice were likely entering.  He offered to patch the many little holes in my foundation I had overlooked but, for a lower price, I followed his directions and patched them while he handled the mouse-trapping.  He then visited our house every day for about two weeks to check mouse traps he had set and to remove mouse corpses (these mice were no longer laughing). Finally, after a few days with no mouse corpses, he spread some sort of pheromone that communicated to mice that our house is not mouse-friendly.  No more mice--a guarantee comes with the service.
