And, any amounts that were added were completely expected and thoroughly discussed in advance. The communication was great, and the few times that there was a delay, I always had a very good idea when they were coming next. Honestly, hiring a contractor of any kind rarely goes so smoothly. "Overall the project was fantastic, and Seth was great to work with. From taking the concept my wife had, Seth drew up a plan with everything she asked for, and we were able to scale back where needed for budgeting purposes, so he helped us rework from the original design to where we ultimately landed. Timing - he began on time, and finished early. Project lasted a total of 5 weeks. Budget - he was spot on to the original budget. We did make changes to some items, and he kept a running change list that was helpful to keep us on track. Team - The guys were amazing, and took exceptional pride in their work. I got to chat them up quite a bit, and they’ve been with Seth for many years - which was an awesome sign, because I’m guessing you don’t stay of things aren’t going well. They were here everyday from 7-3:30, and the few times that they weren’t, we had a heads up. We even got a heads up when it wouldn’t be the full crew. Communication - pretty sharp, zero complaints here. We knew what was going on, when it was happening, and Seth was here almost everyday for at least a period of time. Overall, they were great - and we will use them again for our front yard, hopefully sooner rather than later."

"I don’t usually give bad reviews but greenway was very poor with their service and was way overpriced. I hired Greenway for a side yard work. The job was to install two sets of steps with stones and install ground covers and optimize the existing irrigation at my home. There were two medium sized pine trees which I wanted removed. The quote they gave had over $2500 just to cut the two trees leaving the stumps behind. I requested them to take that item off the request. I could have this done for less than $400 with another company. In hindsight I should have backed off and not allowed them to work on my yard at all. That was a clue to how overpriced they were. However, we decided to give them a chance. They finished the work fast, but had to redo the steps with stone because the steps started coming off within 2 days! Initially they had this done by a subcontractor. Greenway redid it because it was that bad and unsafe to walk on. The rest of the work was mediocre at best, and way overpriced for what they did. I just want to share my experience so that others do not fall for the 30years of experience that this company boasts. I have to say that the owners and the workers were very professional and friendly throughout the project which earns them 3 stars."

"SureShine Stone Care And Marble Restoration gave my house a profesional business stature refinishing of all stone work, both Travertine and Marble. They were the nicest, hardest working most honest crew one could imagine, doing Two Bathrooms upstairs and a Kitchen downstairs at the same time, to be done on the same day, always cleaning, polishing and buffing. They produced a great result and fixed a counter chip that needed restoration as well."

They arrived on scheduled time and all employees were friendly, professional and helpful. There were some issues but working crew resolved everything easily.
