They had great ideas and we could tell they knew what they were doing. We signed a contract and 4 months later on a major (Gut) renovation we are totally happy with the outcome. There promise to us was that we would always her told of any costs as they were incurred and no extras would be dropped on us at the end of the job. That is exactly what happened, there were NO unexpected charges on the final bill. The work was high quality. Randy (who was great) our project manager was in touch with us almost daily..There were no surprises. When we did hit a few minor bumps, they were rectified immediately. We had NO conflicts with Gray Beards during the whole process. I would highly recommend Gray Beards Construction. High ethics abd work commitments.
