"We hired Chips to trim and degird the roots of a tree, replace our irrigation system, deep feed our trees, and replace the rock in the yard beds. They were outstanding. Their office staff were responsive and consistently sent reminders for upcoming appointments. The workman were great and their supervisors were knowledgeable and available for consultations. We plan to use them in the Fall to add plantings to our back yard. We enthusiastically endorse them."

From our designer Brian Magrath who listened to us and helped us stay within our budget, to Myra Olson and Vina Ortega who coordinated the project and kept us informed, to Matt White who was our construction manager and would stop in multiple times to check on the progress and do quality control. Our project included the pool, turf, extending the patio to the full length of the house and granite stone. Communication is KEY for us; they always promptly returned calls/texts and answered any and all questions that we had with patience. From breaking ground to our pool orientation was less than 3 months! I will recommend them to anyone who is thinking of putting a pool in, and if needed, will definitely use them again!!!"

"When we called, an appointment was made for Jon Riep to come review our project. He came on time (it was a few days after the initial call) and reviewed the project with us and took some measurements. In a few days we received a cost quote for the work, and then we signed an official agreement for the project.  <br /> Jon contacted us right away about scheduling, and we were pleased that even in this very busy time of the year for landscapers and even though the Christmas holidays intervened they were able to start in a couple of weeks. <br /> The team showed up promptly on the appointed day and got right to work. Everything was done in a week -- there was a day of rain that caused some delay. We were very impressed that even small details such as taking care of a damaged post in one of the low-voltage lights that wasn't being replaced were remembered and dealt with. We did not have to remind about anything except a minor thing with the irrigation system. <br /> Overall, it was a very positive experience. Think Green people up and down the line were pleasant and professional. This is by far the best experience we've had with landscaping companies. "We had 3 companies (all on Angie’s list) come out and give us a quote on our backyard remodel (new install). All three were close in price when compared apples to apples. But, Brett at Nulawn had a much better presentation, listened to our ideas and asked how we wanted to utilize the porch and yard. He brainstormed with us a few design ideas to match our goals. And Brett even had a few samples of pavers and travertine in his truck for the back porch. Several of the samples he had with him were very close to what we were looking for but we were still undecided about which color would look best. So after picking Nulawn as our landscaper, we took his suggestion to go visit the tile supplier he most often works with to see more options on display and we ended finding exactly what we wanted. For the rocks in the yard, he was able to find an exact match to what we had in the front yard. We had a couple specific plants that we wanted but were not sure on the rest, so he offered to meet us at the nursery and walk with us while we looked, discussed and decided. Brett was very patient and gave some wonderful suggestions on the plant selection. On the install day, the Nulawn crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to get it completed. When it was all finished, they cleaned up the area very well and Brett gave us a walk through. He offered suggestions on watering the plants for the first summer while they get established etc. and walked me through how to program our existing drip system control unit. We loved the excellent work of Brett and his team at Nulawn. We would definitely recommend Nulawn, and will call them again for future projects on our wish list."
