"Highly recommended! We had our 25+ yr front windows replaced with Milgard Tuscany series windows which included difficult-to-make arch top picture windows. Initial consultations were quick, easy and efficient. Project manager and coordinators were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Project scheduler also kept us well informed and worked diligently to work within our time constraints. Installation was completed within a day (4 large windows), and stucco repair completed shortly thereafter. Again, crews were very professional and kept us informed of their progress. We will use OpenEnclose again as we continue to replace the remaining windows."

"This process went great! When we ordered someone came out to take a look at discuss all options and was very transparent about the best options and quality compared cost. No forceful feeling of upselling if unnecessary! Then we were quoted about 12-14 weeks to come in an install given all places are on back order which is reasonable and understandable. I got a call that the doors came in early! At about 8 weeks, and they had a cancellation and could install that Friday. The installation team, Dan and Vincent were fantastic, on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything after the installation and no harm to anything in or outside of our home! "Everything went very well. The sales agent came to our house, did all of the measurements and was very professional. He answered all of our detailed questions. The company was easy to schedule with. The installers were on time and, aside from having new windows and a new door, left no trace they were ever there. The install team was very friendly and got right to work. I would definitely recommend this company for new windows. Our triple pane has not only lowered our energy bill, but also cut down tremendously on the noisy traffic that comes with living next to a main road."

"We replaced 15 windows and 2 exterior doors. After meeting with 3 window installers, we learned that there are multiple approaches to replacing windows in existing homes. Choices ranged from removal of the existing windows but leaving the existing frames ( a less expensive but effective approach used by one of the nationwide installers we had bid on our project) to removal of the existing windows and frames completely. Bob at Imperial provided us with a lot of information regarding the pros and cons of these different processes. Ultimately, we elected to go with Imperial because their goal is to make the new windows look like they are part of the original structure. Their process did take about 3 days and involved removing the old window frames completely. This was a dusty process but, in the end, the finished product has exceeded our expectations. While Imperial was not the lowest bid we received the quality work performed by Imperial was well worth the cost difference."
