"Tammy in the office communicated with me during the week, which I really appreciated. I set an appointment for 2 pm, and she called to let me know they have a window of 2 hours. However, the tech was there when I arrived at 2:05 pm. He quickly got to work, even had to leave to get a part, but returned promptly. Repaired the water line under the sink and replaced my tub fixtures. He explained exactly what he was doing, and also what I would need to do in the future. And I had a written estimate before he began any work. They aren't cheap, but for such great (and super-prompt) service, I'm willing to pay for it. Especially on a Friday afternoon!"
