Tony managed to have both the defect coil and the compressor replaced by the manufactory under the warranty – it saved me a lot of money. In addition, Tony had followed up the A/C supplier store to have the cost of new coil refunded to me as under warranty. Tony conducted phone calls with the supplier store in Austin, which drove him to the supplier’s corporation finance department to get the refund completed. "Was the fastest technician to show up to the house to fix it. He found the trouble straight away and repaired. It went and fetched apart to replace that with a new part and topped off our system. Though a service call is not free like some of the others the $75 service call fee if you do the repairs was waived. Capacitor replacement in the outside unit and a pound and a half of Freon. Our service fee was less than $200. I have had tech technicians charging me more than $200 just to replace the cap. And over $300 to top off the Freon. This company is now my favorite!"
