"I had Mackenzy out because one of my water heaters was leaking. I was planning on replacing both of them until he taught me about tankless water heaters. We ended up having him install the tankless and by the time he was ready to leave he felt like apart of the family. My family and I absolutely love our new tankless and we can’t recommend Mackenzy’s more!"

"Blake got the job done quickly and efficiently, in spite of triple digit temps. His bid was reasonable and very fair. He answered all my questions clearly and in detail, and I was impressed by his knowledge of the matter at hand. When he finished, he explained the workings of the new water heater in layman terms. I would highly recommend Blake for any of your plumbing needs, big or small."

"Poor communication. Fixtures to be replaced were handheld shower heads. They asked me about what type of stopper I wanted but not shower head. Assumed I was getting same but no so they had to leave site to get replacement (decided to only do guest). They also did not explain how new shower head worked in master worked so when I called to say it was not working I was mansplained over the phone how it works. This told me they didn’t even test it while they were here. They did come out to replace it with the one they didn’t use but it also turned out it was user error (I wasn’t pressing hard enough because I was afraid to break it). They did a good job but if customer interaction is important to you this is not the company for you."

"Fast, professional, service. Explained the work being done and completed the work while being personable and gave a choice of fixtures that could be installed. The faucet was changed out with the new one and after leak testing the job was complete."

"After a disappointing service attempt with a previous company,my warranty prompted me with another service request to "Your Texas Plumber, Barlett TX" I contacted a gentlemen named (Renae),he was understanding of the issue and set up an appointment. Immediately. Due to the previous deception from the other company, I was weary and unsure. But,Renae as promised, was prompt and ready to seek out the issue,he managed to get my water heater going, for we have been out of Hot water for 36 days previously. My Family and I appreciate his excellent customer service and efforts to get my water heater dilemma remedied. Thank You So Much, this is what good service is about! I recommend Renae and This Company!"
