Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."

Assumed I was getting same but no so they had to leave site to get replacement (decided to only do guest). They also did not explain how new shower head worked in master worked so when I called to say it was not working I was mansplained over the phone how it works. This told me they didn’t even test it while they were here. They did come out to replace it with the one they didn’t use but it also turned out it was user error (I wasn’t pressing hard enough because I was afraid to break it). They did a good job but if customer interaction is important to you this is not the company for you."
