"They were excellent! I called while at work and they arrived at my house within five minutes. They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. "I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"
