"I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning with Doug, and a crew was working on a damaged main water line pipe leaking into a room in my finished basement by noon. Excellent and prompt response and service. The lead crew, Rafael, was very knowledgeable of the work, and his crew worked non-stop from 12pm-8pm; they worked thru a storm that was passing thru between 4pm-7pm.
