"The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

"If I could give 10 STARS I would. I have been in Dumont for over 23 years and have used multiple Plumbers. My favorite plumber retired and I was left to look for a new company. As a single mom, its hard to find companies I can trust inside my home or actually do the job correctly. Well, All Pipeworks was perfect from beginning to end. Erik immediately contacted me to review my issues with my water heater. HE LOOKED up my warranty FOR ME... He took the time to call my water heater company, found my contract and my remaining warranty. He helped me with all my options and was never pushy or aggressive. He explained everything in a language I can understand and was absolutely professional. He and his team, came by replaced my water Heather and other items from my furnace. He left the place clean, did not damage anything else in the boiler room and I have hot water again. It was seamless from start to finish. I will be calling Eric again for all plumbing needs.
