We spent over $25k with them and had to call over and over again to get a response after the job was ?finished?. When we finally got ahold of our contact and asked him about the commitment they made he said ?I cannot remember all the things I say all day?. He never owned up to what he said they would do and everything he said before the job was started was in front of me and my husband. We both recall the conversation clearly, but the Olshan guys essentially called liars. We?ve also had a small drain top break that they installed and we need it replaced, which we would pay for, but again, we cannot get anyone to follow up. Worst company I?ve EVER worked with."
