I called Mark Masters at 3:30 PM and told them I had seen their disposal install special on Angie's List, and wanted to schedule their service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day between 10:00 AM and Noon. The next morning I received a text around 8:00 AM from Mark stating that an earlier appointment had cancelled and asking if they could come earlier. I said yes, the plumber (Seth) was at my house within 15 minutes, and the install was complete in about 30 minutes. Seth was clean cut and polite, the kind of guy you'd trust around your grandmother. "The process was quick and easy, but I was expecting less mess. I was assured everything was getting sucked into a bin in their truck, but black ick blew out of every vent during the process. We had just painted and thank goodness, had not had the new carpets installed yet, but it was a big mess. The guys cleaned up as best as they could and they were both really professional and kind, but it was messier than I expected. I will be doing this every 3 years, as the guys recommended and the house feels and smells so much better. Totally worth it. Just be prepared and cover everything like you are having painters!

"A#1 was the only company to help me on a Saturday and since it was just a capacitor I only paid $59.00! ( I must admit, I cried!) My a/c went out in Aug during a Friday night. Other companies were either closed or too busy to help me.. one even told me OVER THE PHONE that my entire unit would have to be replaced!!
