Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

Take the cash for the price of any Home Warranty that is offered during the purchase of a home, and in general, don't purchase home warranty's, you do not benefit from them, only the company does."
