"Today Kory came over to determine what was the cause of my water heater malfunction. He was very professional, cordial, and personable. After inspecting the water heater, he sat down with me to discuss several different options regarding how to approach the repairs/replacement. He was quite patient; he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. He will be returning tomorrow morning with an associate to address the issues with the water heater. I am attaching a picture of the present water heater, along with a photo of the "Flood Stop" device to which it is attached. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity.
