While reviewing my bank statements, I discovered that I had been overcharged by $2,347, nearly 50% more than the agreed price, through multiple charges made in September, November, and December. Since December 22, I have contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund of the overcharged amount. Each time, I received the same responses: this week, after the holidays, tomorrow, Monday, and now another five business days. Despite repeated promises, the refund has still not been processed. What is most concerning is how efficient the company was at collecting payment, yet how slow and unresponsive they have been in correcting a clear billing error. If I had not carefully reviewed my bank statements, this overcharge likely would never have been identified or addressed. This experience reflects poor billing "
