"Brian with Electric Buddy was on time, I had his company replace 4 ceiling fans. They installed all units in just an hours time. After installation they verified each unit worked properly. All units are set up to work by wall switch and remote. Brian and his team ensure I knew which wall switch went with appropriate fan unit. Brian informed me that he can take the fans with him with a small disposal fee. I agreed with this option. Brian and his team are not only very skilled but very approachable and easy to talk with, he easily talked about the work at hand, inquired about my preference for blade color. Also engaged in daily small talk while he worked. I expected Brian to be here for a couple hours at most, but he and his team were very efficient and worked quickly that I didn’t even realize they were done in just 1 hour. "I live in the valley six months and East Coast 6 months. I have used Hegge three times. In 2005, Jose Santos replace 2 kitchen fluorescents with 6 recessed cans and then put in 4 additional recessed cans with its own dimmer in eating area where there had been only a fan with a bad light. In 2011, Francisco Montano put in an additional recessed can in a dimly lit closet. On 1/18/18, Francisco repaired loose wiring leading to a frequently tripping GFCI and corrected a blown circuit with a GFCI. These guys are expert, quick, neat, friendly, and prices are so reasonable for what they do. They are so neat that when they are done, you can't tell that what was new was not there before. Hegge goes out of its way to accommodate your schedule. I wish I had a Hegge for everything, not just electrical. The price quoted was just for the last service"

"There was an unexpected charge for punching a hole in the drywall and installing a five foot copper wire from nearest light switch box to feed to each of the 4 lights. There was a second upcharge to convert from 6 inch to the modern 4 inch diameter LED lights (expected). Unfortunately one of the workers started his work early failing to understand that 4 inch was to be installed, he cut a hole for 6 inch. Now the drywall has to be patched to close the hole. They were punctual, fast & cleaned up. There is more work to do, ie convert existing 6 inch incandescent down lights on the lower two floors, those total to about 15. This work was done on the third level. I would re-hire if these things were addressed."
