"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

They were not very polite on the phone, as if I was bothering them. They wanted to know my spouse's name, which I thought was unusual so I asked why they needed this, and their response was rude. They asked about what drywall needed repair, and I described the work, and their response was accusational about me causing the damage, versus just giving me quote or talking about the repair. They were not available in the time frame I needed the work to be done. We did schedule an appointment just to look at the house (not perform the work) for 12/12, which is too late, which I will call them and cancel tomorrow. Overall, it was not a good experience with this vendor."
