"Great communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times. We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates.
He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times.
He did a great job on the disposal installation. Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there. He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.
I love Troy's Logo...It's a big muscle dog with a pipe and a wrench...

"Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. They replaced all of our old pipes and snaked the lines to the outside And all for under $300. We will definitely use him again and are planning to use him to power was all of our pipes soon."

"I had to call for appointment one week after no contact regarding the form I filled out online for what kind of service I wanted and what times were acceptable. They had to reschedule even after setting the date on the 12th. Continually tried to upsell me to replacement rather than repairs. After interacting with him, I'm not sure labor is included on replacement or even repairs. I bought the 3 year package but had to request a refund."

"Went great as explained. Prescilla promptly send me a quote and we went over the numbers and the details of the work via the phone, she answered all my questions and concerns . Meanwhile, Chris and his assistant showed up on time and started setting up quickly. My walls and flood dried out within 48 hours. Chris and his assistant both removed the equipment and all the plastic and material really quickly. they worked really hard to save my floors and walls from being demolished and needing replacement, which was accomplished at the end. I'm really greatful and will definitely recommend them to friends and family."

"I spent $150 more. It was okay. I spent $99 for them to come out and do that with the main line sewer or whatever and they looked at it and grabbed their camera there and there was no problem with the main line and I had to have one drained out and they said that wasn't part of the deal. I had to pay more than I wanted to pay really but I wanted to get it done."
