"The install took longer than expected because they are a small company, and were extra busy with other jobs that week. However, when it was all said and done, I am quite pleased with the results. The AC works great in the summer, and my winter heating bills are almost 50% less than they used to be. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I wait this long to do it? No Way! "I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system.
