"Victor arrived at our new home which we had just closed on with a helper 5 minutes early. Having purchased the home thru foreclosure, the carpets were filthy and the exterior siding was covered with a dark algae film/ discoloration. We had the air ducts cleaned and sanitized, the siding pressure washed, a sofa, loveseat and chair shampooed and cleaned as well as having all the carpeting pretreated, scrubbed and steam cleaned.
