"Prompt courteous response. The solution (to clean well casing) was clearly explained and the cost seemed appropriate. During the procedure it was brought to our attention that the tank had low pressure so we decided to replace both the pump and tank due to age. The job was completed within 2 1/2 hours. We are very pleased with the prompt friendly service we received. And the results are exactly what we wanted...clean clear water Thank you for a great job."

Very prompt response time, came to the house to evaluate our needs (well repair) and explained everything in detail that would be done & cost. The job was done almost immediately (longest wait was getting permits from county) Mr. Cress and his crew were very professional, cleaned the work area nicely and best of all, he's very affordable and does a wonderful job."

"The guys came out looked at things gave me an estimate and returned the next day. The young man worked on up til after dark. He was friendly and very respectful with yes mam and no mam. He told me he was going to do this and that and worked consistently. Everything is working like it should I feel so much better since they repaired things. I know if there is a problem I can call and they will be here. Such a great group of Christian people working together to help others. I didn't have to worry about them in my home or their work. "Getting dependable assistance for a home from the 70s can be challenging, but these guys made a tough situation manageable. We encountered a major issue with our main sewer pipe clogging, which caused an overflow in the garage, and I can't speak highly enough about Five Stone Plumbing Services. Robert and Cody are truly professional and dedicated, and they worked diligently to resolve the problem. Their expertise and friendly attitude made a stressful situation much easier for us, and we're so grateful for their excellent service. They spent seven hours working nonstop in freezing temperatures to get everything back up and running. Even with the tough conditions and the nature of the job, they kept a great attitude and stayed positive the entire time. They even went the extra mile and flushed out our old water heater as a courtesy while they were here. It is rare to find people who truly stand by their work like this. If you need plumbing help, I highly recommend giving them a try."

"Jake Hogan replaced my well pump, wiring, and Bladder tank in less than 3 hours. Great folks to deal with. They know their business!!!"

"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."
