"Steve came out for an estimate right away. A few days later I called with some follow up questions and he promptly got back to me, took his time and answered all my question. They were never pushy like other big companies. Install appointment was quickly scheduled once I was ready and they came out 2 days after I called. Steve and his guys were actually early for the appointment, very professional and friendly. Work was performed within a couple of hours, they did a GREAT job cleaning up and even came back about an hour later because of one very small issue. I would recommend them 100%!!! Thanks guys!"

"I used Home Advisor late Tuesday afternoon to find a contractor. Brian called me immediately to confirm my needs and provide pricing. He also advised that he could have a technician at my home on Saturday to replace the door. I called Brian on Wednesday morning to confirm the install. He checked door and parts availability and told me he would have a technician at my home by mid-afternoon. Brett (technician) called me at 3:30 to tell me he was running a little behind but would arrive at 4:30. He arrived on time and immediately began removing the existing door and installing the new door. He was finished by 5:30. I had an existing opener on another door that was causing problems. Brett looked at it and determined that it needed to be replaced. He finished replaced the opener in less than an hour and was on his way by 6:30. Both Brian and Brett represented American Garage Door in grand fashion and I would highly recommend this company and their service to all that have issues with garage doors and / or openers. Once I decided to move forward, the scheduling and actual installation was on point. The installation team was punctual, clean, and professional in their communication and in their work. They were very careful about keeping a drop cloth beneath each opening that they were working on, and left the property completely clean. Before leaving, they made sure that I knew how each window and locking system worked. I've noticed an immediate decrease in sound coming from outside, and my AC is cycling less often to keep the house cool, which has helped decrease my electric bill.
