"From the very beginning, these people acted like they really wanted our business.  Kim scheduled our first meeting with Ed who came out when promised and discussed the company's experience and capabilities.  He made all the measurements and we promptly received a quotation which was not only competitive but beat a competitors price by several hundred dollars. <br /> Even though we waited a couple months to go forward, when we were ready Ed came out with samples and we picked out different pavers for the drive and the pool deck.  We made several changes in our project and Ed could not have been more accommodating.  Basically he said "Tell me what you want and we will deliver". <br /> The materials were delivered and they started work on the pool deck while the concrete driveway was being removed in the front.  Our pool is an irregular shape and has curves all over.  It was fascinating to watch the installer painstakingly measure and cut each coping brick that covered the edge of the pool.  The result was perfect.  They then proceeded to lay the remainder of the pavers and build the walkways after relocating several sprinkler heads. <br /> By the morning of the second day, they began work on laying the pavers for the drive.  The work was fast and efficient.  Yet, when they came to the circular medallion, work slowed down while they carefully laid the pavers in the correct pattern.  That was intricate work.  By the end of the second day, the drive was finished with only a small section of the front porch remaining.  They finished that up in the morning of the 3rd day. <br /> We weren't done yet because Ed came back personally with others to completely clean and seal the pavers in addition to cleaning the pool deck, house and pool enclosure removing 99% of the concrete dust created by all the cutting and fitting of the pavers.  They even had a pool company come out and vacuum the pool removing most of the debris from it. <br />"
