"Everything went well. Moen cartridge was installed upside down at first. Paid $916 for a $30 part and 1 1/2 hours labor. Was unaware plumbers were that expensive. Was not given a price when making the appointment even though the pricing was indicated in a standardized pricing booklet."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"ABC's HVAC installation lead, Jonathan D., and his associate did an exceptional job replacing my 21-year-old HVAC system. As a former aerospace engineer, I know technical talent when I see it. Despite the job being more complex and requiring longer hours than anticipated, they prioritize "quality first" to ensure a successful outcome. This is the second HVAC unit that ABC replaced for me, and I highly recommend them!"

"They were on time and very helpful and most of all honest with me about my problem. They checked the water heater over and found it to be working properly. No need to replace or repair just use it and if there should be a further problem just call. I appreciate that."

"The responded quickly and were able to replace the water heater within 48 hours"

"Great services and on time installation. This company is truly amazing and took care of me big time. Donâ t go anywhere else for HVAC and plumbing work. Thank you A & G."

"It went well. Erik Young and his supervisor James Mullis gave us a great price on all that needed to be done. The installer Carlos and his crew were polite, helpful, and on time. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I know that these plumbers can be on the pricey side, but the quality work and warranties are worth every penny. Great customer service."
