"I missed the first appointment and they were kind enough to send Jason out again. When he came out the second time he took the time to address all of my concerns and issues. He answered a lot of other questions about the tree's on my property and proved himself to be quite knowledgeable about all things tree's and plants. If it had not been for two other projects I have going right now I would have had him plant two new tree's in the front yard. The office staff was excellent. I was in contact with Kara and Tessa throughout the whole process which is a good thing since I tend to forget appointments. When the crew came out to remove the tree I was at work. My neighbor said they were very nice and respectable. She also indicated that they seemed to know what they were doing since they had the tree down in no time. Overall I had a very good experience and am looking forward to dealing with them again. If you have a landscaping project it's worth it to check their website as they do a lot more than cutting tree's down."

"Keystone Custom Decks has been wonderful to work with during all phases of our deck project. Ron came up with some ideas based on our list of wants for a new outdoor space. We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. Every person from Keystone was very polite and responsive to any questions we had as the deck and patio were being built. My wife and I highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks."

"Chip and Brian were great to work with. Chip explains everything that he's planning to do and why he's doing it, so I had an opportunity to learn about what's going on behind my walls, which made me a lot more confident about the work once the walls were back in place. Brian sketched a design to work into our shower walls and patiently cut a lot of tile to install it. I love the finished work! The cost of service didn't include the bathtub, fixtures, vanity, toilet, and tiles. We kept our existing toilet and purchased the rest directly. Chip recommended reliable brands and we were able to look for exactly what we wanted and compare prices. I could not be happier with the whole experience. I will be hiring them again for another bathroom remodel in the near future."
