"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"I had searched for awhile to find a company to replace the siding on my house but had grown tired of all the nonsense I kept getting told (add ons that was how they did their work totaling an additional 9k in one case) or just not hearing back at all. Finally contacted Ed after seeing an ad on Craigslist and could not be happier. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. The prices were very fair and the job was completed in a timely manner. A very straightforward, honest person to deal with who does top notch work. Even after changing a few things during the project Ed was more than accommodating and the work still came out excellent. I will definitely be hiring him again for future work.
